       Are  you  dizzy ? Why , I take  first part with  Japanese food pictures .  this is topic  in classroom today,  we study about Japanese diet.  Do you know Westerners turn a Japanese diet ?  Many people in the West are turning to a Japanese because them contain  low cholesterol and reduce the risk of cancer.  So that why they turn to a Japanese diet .   

 In the end of class,the teacher give us three homeworks.the first is groupwork about healthy or unhealthy diet's presentation.the second is writing diary of week 2 and the last is reading  news online about natural disaster and exchange the news in our group next week. 


I think  my diet is quite healthy .  I eat a lot of  vegetables soup  and salad.I try not to eat too much fizzy drink  .For breakfast I usually eat a dish ofrice with omelette.  and at lunchtime I usually eat a dish of Pork fried rice.In the evening I sometimes eat a bowl of rice gruel.One thing I love is  the Spicy Muslim curry and one thing I never eat is dog soup.
